My Self Map

Sovara Began With a Return

MEET STACEY

I Didn’t Create Sovara Because I Had Everything Figured Out

I created Sovara because I know what it feels like to recognize a pattern, understand that it may no longer be serving you, and still find yourself returning to it.

For years, I searched for answers that would help me understand why awareness alone didn’t always create change. What I discovered was that returning to yourself isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about learning to notice what is happening within you—with enough curiosity and compassion to hear what you truly need.

My lived experiences, along with my training in spiritual life coaching, energy healing, and hypnotherapy, shaped the way I now guide other women. I don’t believe in forcing transformation or pretending growth is perfectly linear. I believe in creating space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and practice choosing differently without abandoning yourself in the process.

Sovara is the space I needed during my own becoming—a place where self-awareness becomes self-trust and every return brings you closer to yourself.

THE SOVARA WAY

A Gentler Way to Create Change

Awareness Without Judgment

Learn to notice your patterns, sensations, emotions, and needs without turning what you discover into another reason to criticize yourself.

Compassion Before Correction

Before trying to stop a behavior, we become curious about what it has been providing and why some part of you continues to reach for it.

Choice Without Abandonment

Practice responding differently without rejecting the version of you who learned to survive, cope, seek comfort, or find safety in familiar ways.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT

Begin With What Feels Most Alive for You

Whether you’re ready to explore a familiar pattern, spend time in reflection, receive gentle guidance, or simply understand yourself more deeply, Sovara will meet you where you are.
